Life Legacy 706.364.9122 Jimmy (James A.) McNair Pilot Augusta, Ga. Jimmy (James A.) McNair, 52 son of Sue Metcalf, Augusta, Ga. passed away March 5, 2012 at her residence after a ten month battle with cancer. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Dr. WilliamP. of Soperton, Ga. Born in Soperton, Ga., he graduated from David Emanuel Academy in Stillmore, Ga, 1977 and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL 1981. He was a pilot with Bankair, Inc. prior to his illness. Survivors include his daughter, Brianna McNair, Berry College, Rome, Ga.,stepdaughter, Jessica S. Hindley, of Virginia and brothers, William P. McNair, Jr., (Kathy), China Spring, TX, Mike McNair, Lake Worth, Florida; and mother, Sue McNair of Augusta. At the request of Jimmy, there will be nomemorial service following the cremation.
