Jerry Wright, Jr. 92 entered into rest on Friday December 29, 2017 at the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home.Funeral services will be held 2PM Friday January 5, 2017 at Poteet Funeral Home Chapel, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Full military honors will be accorded by the ceremonial detachment of Fort Gordon.He was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice Wright, three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include his sons Earl Northrup and Brian Northrup. The family will receive friends on Friday from Noon until service time.
