Jerome (Jerry) Asbach

Jerome (Jerry) Asbach, 71, passed away on October 29, 2024 after an extended illness. He was born July 7, 1953 in Hartford, CT. to the late Joan Moyer and Clifford Alan Asbach. He later moved to Augusta, Ga. where he resided. He went on to retire from the Augusta-Richmond county Fire Department as an Arson Investigator. He then went on to teach fire science at Augusta Technical College, where he later retired. After retirement he went on to continue his love of photography. He is survived by his wife Miriam Asbach, a sister Nianne Kelley, two Nieces Jessie and Ashley, a stepdaughter Michelle Rivera, a stepson Michael Pirtle Jr, multiple grandchildren and his fur baby Bandit. A private memorial service will be held for family and close friends at a later date
