Biography Ms. Jennifer Christine Palmer Winterville, Ga. entered into rest December 25, 2012 at her mother's residence. Ms. Jennifer Christine Palmer was 54 and lived in Winterville, graduated from Oglethorpe County HS in 1976. She is survived by her daughter, Megan Nicklow , Athens, Ga. Mother, Alice N. Palmer, Winterville, GA.,brother, Jeff Scott Palmer (Sandra) Comer, Ga., sister, Rebecca Fowler, Marietta, Ga. Four nieces and nephews, six great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles R. Palmer, grandparents, Floyd and Inez Palmer and Tolbert and Ida Lester. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday January 3, 2013 from 6:30-7:30 pm at Cherokee Corners Methodist Church located on US 78 East in Arnoldsville, Ga.
