Jeffery Armond Parrish

Jeffery Armond Parrish, aged 66, a resident of Martinez, Georgia, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, following a courageous battle with Glioblastoma. Born on February 11, 1958, in Augusta, Georgia, he was the beloved son of Frankie (Huffman) Parrish and Armond Parrish. After dedicating the majority of his life to Westinghouse at SRS, Jeff retired to embrace his passions. He delighted in staying active through jogging, biking, and kayaking, finding solace and joy in these activities. Additionally, he poured his energy into crafting beautiful home improvement projects for his loved ones. Jeff cherished moments spent with his grandchildren and his loyal English Bulldog, Butler, who brought him immense happiness. Hosting gatherings for family and friends, where he could showcase his culinary talents with his delicious home-cooked meals, became a beloved pastime for him. He is survived by his three children, Brandon Parrish, Justin Parrish, and Courtney Parrish, along with his sister, Debra Gonzalez, and two brothers, Tim Parrish and Tom Parrish. Jeff was predeceased by his mother and father, as well as his younger brother, Tony Parrish. A memorial service to honor Jeff's life will be held at 2 PM on Monday, February 19, at McNeill Funeral Home located at 3507 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the National Brain Tumor Society.
