After years of battling diabetes, Jason McNair Enelow, 49, began his eternal rest in the presence of his brothers and loved ones on Saturday, February 3, 2024. Jason was born 1974 in Augusta, to the late Samuel Maxwell Enelow and the late Martha Sanders Enelow Quinn. He is survived by his brothers Lorenz Quinn of Evans, Jonathan Enelow (Jenny) of Lincolnton, and Guy Quinn (Danielle) of Martinez. Additionally, Jason is survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and too many loving friends to count.Jason was preceded in death by his mother, father, and stepfather, Larry Quinn, and his uncles James Enelow, Sonny Quinn, Henry Quinn (all of Augusta), and Bob Sanders of Ft. Myers, FL. After graduating from Evans High School in 1993, Jason studied Biology and Chemistry at Augusta University (then ASU). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, then began his career at the Savannah River Ecology Laboratory in Aiken, SC, as a laboratory technician, and was later employed at the Monsanto Company in Augusta, GA. Those who met him found Jason to be a loveable individual. He was well known for his jovial and caring personality and had a great extended family of lifelong friends. He led an abundant and fulfilling social life, occasionally singing, and working sound boards for a few of the local bands in Augusta. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, February 7 th from 6:30 to 7:30 at McNeill Funeral Home located at 3507 Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, and a brief service will follow the visitation.
