Janet G. Seneca

Janet Seneca, 91, of Harlem, GA entered into rest Wednesday, September 11, 2019. She was born January 30, 1928, in Cornwall, NY. She was a long time employee of the Newburgh, NY Telephone Company as a telephone operator. She moved to Georgia in 2000, where she enjoyed crocheting, going to yard sales, and craft shows. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony F. Seneca, and her two sons, Anthony J. Seneca and Ralph S. Seneca. She is survived by her two daughters, Toni (Alan) Makowsky and Sandy Seneca; three grandchildren, Jennifer Sosa, Christina (Jason) Kapral, and Stephen Seneca; and three great-grandchildren, Mason Kapral, Ashlynn Kapral, and Cason Kapral. A viewing will be held at the McNeill Funeral Home in Martinez from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on September 13, 2019. A Funeral Mass will be at St Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Grovetown at 11:00 am on September 14, 2019. She will be buried next to her husband at Calvary Cemetery in New Windsor, NY. A second service will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm.
