Biography James Daniel Spires Augusta, Ga. entered into rest January 8, 2012 at University Hospital. Mr. James Daniel Spires, 66. Son of the late Mr. Robert L. Spires and Lula Briley Spires. Mr. Spires a native of McRae, Ga. lived most of his life in Augusta. He was a Fork Lift operator for RBW Logistics and a Christian. Member of Sons of the American Legion Post #205 Survivors include, daughter, Jamie S. Farr(Jamie), Augusta, Ga. Son, Gus Ridings (Angela), Augusta, Ga. Step-Father, J.J. Sharp, Sr.(Louise), Augusta, Ga.Two sisters, Betty McLeod, Millen, GA, Javene Barns, Pale City, Al. Two grandchildren, Taylor Hayes and Adam Farr. Memorial Services will be conducted Wednesday at 12:00 noon at Truth Church Rev. Warren Ham officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or to the Truth Church 4332 Wrightsboro Rd. Grovetown, Ga. 30813 The family will receive friends at the church 1 hour prior to services.
