James F. Pellizzeri

James F. Pellizzeri, an Harlem, Ga. resident, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008.He was 78 years old. James is preceded in death by his son Louis Pellizzeri.He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Antoinette Fiumara Pellizzeri; one daughter, Carol Wolfe of Georgia; two sons, James Pellizzeri, Jr. of Georgia and Anthony Pellizzeri of California; two sisters, Elena Prahl of Brewerton, NY and Filomena Coutts of North Syracuse, NY; one brother, Ralph Pellizzeri of Florida; ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. James was a Foreman at Ontario Metal of Syracuse, before retiring in 1986.He was an avid bowler.James served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2008 at Pirro & Sons Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse, NY.Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. from Pirro & Sons Funeral Home.Committal services will be at Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse.
