Jack L. Chapman

Jack L. Chapman, age 78, passed away February 18, 2013, at his residence in Blythe, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Martha Koons Chapman and his wife, Kathleen Conner Chapman.He retired after 22 years with the U.S. Army. He is survived by his children:Rose Marie VanWinkle of Blyth, GA; Mark Chapman of Augusta, GA;Lester Chapman of Augusta, GA; Ralph Chapman of Augusta, GA; Michelle Lynn Berry of Irmo, S.C.; the late Tommy Parker;Michael Parker of Atlanta, GA; One brother, Max Chapman of Ogden, UT.5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
