Irmgard Elisabeth "Liz" Battle

Irmgard Elisabeth Battle (Liz) 86, beloved wife of the late Howard Glenn Battle entered into rest Tuesday January 9, 2024. Born in 1937 in Germany to Paul and Dorithia Otte. She was a resident of Augusta, GA for 60 years and a member of Ascension Lutheran Church on Wells Drive in South Augusta Survivors include four sons and spouses- Robert and Rhonda Battle, Glenn and Lisa Battle, Joel and Vicky Battle, Aaron and Rosemarie Battle sister Christa Mohr of Germany;14 Grandchildren;18 Great Grandchildren Celebration of Life will be held 1PM Friday, January 12, 2024 at McNeill Funeral Home 3507 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta with Pastor Mike Freed of Ascension Lutheran Church Officiating .
