Ida Lou Gordon

Ida Gordon died June 6, 2024, following a long battle with several serious health issues. She is survived by three daughters Wanda King, Karen Hannon and Sharon Svetlak and two stepchildren June Moretti and Robert Gordon. The extended family also included 5 grandchildren Levi, Caleb, Brandon, Evan, Nikolas and 6 great grandchildren. Additionally, Ida has a half brother, Richard. Ida was preceded by her husbands Thomas King for 25 years and Ernest Gordon for 40 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Throughout her life, she always focused on giving and caring for others before herself. In her spare time, Ida was known to enjoy sewing and dancing. She was loved by her family and everyone who knew her. As Ida entered the last year of her life, she wished that we could all know what our last day on earth would be, so that on the last day we could celebrate our life with others and then rise to heaven surrounded by balloons. Ida will certainly be missed.
