Ida C. Cain

Ms. Ida C. Cain, 92, enter in rest with her Lord and Savior Jesus, April 25, 2023. Born November 17, 1930 to the late Jordan and Molly Courtney of Wagener SC. She was the youngest of 15 siblings. Ida was a remarkable Christian lady that brought Jesus in the lives of all her children, grand-children, great-grand-children and great-great- grandchildren. Ida was a retired accountant for several automotive dealerships. Ida love to pray for her family and friends. Preceded in death by Dewey L Cain (husband), Kenneth T Gantt (former husband), Michael Lively (grandson), six sisters: Willow Thomas, Irene Keel, M.V. Rosier, Ethel Story, Juanita Garvin, Molly Price and four brothers: J.H. Courtney, Philip Courtney, Ralph Courtney and James Courtney. Survived by: Children: Carol Sue (Coy) Ringley of Windsor, SC, Joseph (Susan) Gantt of Atlanta, GA, Charles Gantt of Evans, GA, Kenneth (Debbie) Gantt of Duncan, SC, Cynthia(Jeff) Walters of Winchester, OH and Chris Gantt of Evans, GA. ;Grandchildren: Carol Ann (Edward) Newsome, Bridget Renee Lively, Angie (Bebo) Williams, Ryan (Heather) Gantt , Adam Gantt, Courtney (Corey) Watford, Thomas Gantt, Alicia (Jonny) Patrick, JJ (Tiffany) Walters, Joey Walters; 20 Great-Grandchildren and 24 Great-great-grandchildren.
