Grady "Marty" Anderson

Grady Martin "Marty" Anderson, age 53, of Hephzibah, Georgia,husband of Barbara Colaluca-Anderson, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 13, 2013.He is survived by his wife, his sons Travis (Miranda) Anderson of Florida, Scott (Jordan) Anderson of Augusta, his mother, Mary "Kitty" Anderson and her companion John Koeb of Augusta, brother Frank Clough of Florida, and niece and nephew Harmony and Frank Clough, Jr., also of Florida.He was preceded in death by his father, George "Andy" Anderson. Marty was a devoted family man, loyal employee, avid University of Georgia Bulldog fan, animal lover, and friend to everyone he met.He was happiest at home surrounded by family, friends, and pets.As a result of the fulfillment of his wishes to be an organ donor, more than 60 people will benefit from his unselfish generosity. In accordance with Marty's wishes he was cremated and there will be no funeral services.A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the ASPCA, the Humane Society, or any local animal welfare program.
