Mrs. Gloria B. Holley Member: Silvercrest Baptist Church Mrs. Gloria B. Holley, wife of Mr. Henry T. Holley, of Augusta, entered into rest on Friday, April 1, 2011. The family will receive friends tonight, Sunday April 3, 2011 from 7:00 until 9:00 pm at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta.The funeral service will be conducted on Monday, April 4, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.Committal services will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Along with her husband, Henry T. Holley, she is survived by her sons, Mark (Jody)Mobley, and Craig (Coni) Mobley; her daughter, Robin (Tony) Smith; her sister, Pauline (Maynard) Weaver; grandchildren, Mark (Jennifer) Mobley, Jared (Melissa) Mobley, Nathan Mobley, Craig Lichtenberg, Carson (Cassidy) Smith, Rachel Smith, and Megan Smith, and Marleigh Hope Mobley; her great-grandchildren, Abigail Mobley, Camille Mobley, and Olivia Wheeler; stepchildren, Gary (Kathy) Holley, and Greg (Heather) Holley; step-grandchildren, Jonathan (Elisa) Holley, Tyler (Amanda) Holley, Paige Holley, and Zack Holley; step great-grandchildren, Caroline Jernigan and Jack Holley. Mrs. Holley was a faithful member of Silvercrest Baptist Church whose passion was serving the Lord.She was retired from Gracewood State School.For memorials, the family suggests Silvercrest Baptist Church Building Fund, 3431 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta30906.
