Eva Mae Couch Jarrell

Eva Mae Couch Jarrell, 70, of Hephzibah entered into rest on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in the Chapel of The Poteet Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Shyrock officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. A native of Washington, Georgia, she married James L. Jarrell who passed away in 2012 and has resided in Hephzibah for many years, she was a member of New House of Worship in Keysville and was employed as a hairdresser. Survivors include her children, Carmellia Oliver of Waynesboro, Patricia Ann Green of Grovetown, James Edward Watts of Hephzibah, Patricia Etterlee of Hephzibah, Elizabeth Minard of Williston, SC, and Kathy Kitchens of Commerce; a sister, Judy Aldine Taylor of Augusta; lifelong friend, Sherley Walker of Blythe; 19 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, Georgia.
