Mrs. Eugenia “Jean” Smith Widow of Mr. Harold Starr Smith Mrs. Eugenia “Jean” Smith, a longtime Augusta resident, died on Saturday, January 8, 2011, following several months of declining health.She was 84 years old. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Starr Smith, On January 13, 2010.She is survived by her nephews, Starr Wall, and his wife, Sue Faircloth Wall, of Augusta, and Dr. Franklin Hines Jr., of Columbia, South Carolina; her great-niece, Lena; her great-nephew, Kevin Wall.
