Eric Stephen Stripling

Mr. Eric Stripling Augusta, GA. Mr. Eric Stripling, 61, devoted husband to Mrs. Jamie Stripling, entered into rest on Wednesday March 18th. Mr. Stripling was a native of Jacksonville, FL, but spent the majority of his life in Augusta. He held multiple titles throughout his lifetime, including pilot, PGA golf pro., licensed international scuba diver and salvage diver, entrepreneur, and small business owner. Mr. Stripling is preceded in death by his parents, Dock and Juanita Stripling and brothers Dock E. and Jerry Stripling. Additional survivors include his sons Jon-Eric and Shawn; daughter, Jessica; brothers Richard and Gene; grandchildren, Austin, Billy, Sabrina, Dustin, Zakkary, Shalyn, Virginia, Katherine, Hunter, Brennen, Corran, Walker, and Izabelle; and two great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held at McNeill Funeral Home on Sunday March 22nd from 4-6 p.m. An interment service will be held at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel the following day at 2:00 p.m.
