Eloisa Plata

Eloisa Soto Plata, 79, entered into rest October 3, 2018 at her granddaughter’s residence in Beech Island, SC. Born in Texas, she lived most of her life in Oklahoma, coming here in April of 2018, she was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Lawton, OK She is survived by her son Fred Plata, daughters Debbie Ruiz and Jeanie Plata, grandchildren Jennifer Akins (Dylan), David Lee Plata, Amanda Russell (Jacob), Luis Rodriguez, Claudia Arenas and Jenni Andrea Gonzalez, great grandchildren Nolan Akins, Lauren Akins and Selah Russell. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2017 at 5:00 pm at St. Paul United Methodist Church, New Ellenton, SC. The family will receive friends at 4:30 pm prior to service.
