Elizabeth C. Smith

Elizabeth C. Smith, 92, entered into rest October 19, 2022, at Camellia Walk in Evans, Georgia, wife of the late James Lamar Smith. Elizabeth a native of Laurens County Georgia made her home here in Augusta, Georgia where she was a retired School Crossing Guard for Richmond County Georgia and member of Sherwood Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters Julie Elizabeth Todd (Tony); Cathy J. Martin; sister Loette DePoy; brother Johnny Conner; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Vicki Holsonback Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 11:00 am at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Chaplain Jack Foley officiating. The family will receive friends at Hillcrest Memorial Park 1 hour prior to service.
