Life Legacy Mrs. Elizabeth J. Carter Homemaker Grovetown, GA entered into rest September 25, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Elizabeth J. Carter. Mrs. Carter a native of Bound Brook, NJ has lived in the area since 1979, she was a homemaker and a member of Grovetown United Methodist Church. Survivors include one son, Tom Carter ( Consuelo) Durham, NC., daughter, Rebecca Belcher, Ft. Walton Beach, FL., Fourteen grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Ted Dobson, IV, daughter, Susan Dobson. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 pm at Grovetown United Methodist Church. Rev.
