Kevin was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia on January 17, 1963 to the late Marion Lott and Betty Ruth Bass Lott.He is survived by his brother, Paul Lott of Cochran, Georgia; the Staff of East Central Regional Hospital; and James and Gina Butler and Family.
