Augusta, GA. Douglas T. Hall, age 67, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013, at his residence with his loved ones surrounding him. He retired from International Paper after 41 years of loyal service.He loved the great outdoors and was an avid NASCAR fan, favoring #24 Jeff Gordon. He is survived by his companions, Kathy Somers of Augusta, GA., and Debbie Collins of Augusta, GA.; his children, Dean Hall of San Diego, CA., Jody D. Johnson of South Carolina, Shannon Turner of Augusta, GA., and the late David Hall;grandchildren, Dakota Turner of Augusta, GA., and Trayce Audet of Augusta, GA.; 2 nieces, Sandra Cooper of Ocala, FL., and Kathy Johnson of St. Petersburg, FL., one nephew, Tom Johnson of Graniteville, S.C.; 2 sisters, Annette Johnson of Gloversville, S.C. and Rachel Faircloth of Augusta, GA.Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.And we must not forget his two Boxers, Sadie and Lizzy.
