Dorothy Sziber's extraordinary life was a testament to her unwavering devotion, coming to a close on September 6th, 2024, at 84. Her remarkable journey was marked by her 57-year commitment as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, beginning in 1967. Dottie was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, parents Harold and Katherine, brother John, children Robert (Bobby) and William (Billy), grandchild Rachael and her cherished dog Bonita. Her legacy lives on through her children, Janet Blydenburgh and Eleanor Duncan (Tony), grandchildren, Jaime Blydenburgh, Lyla Scott (Adam) Stephanie Bennett (Jonathan), Kenneth Givens II (Tabitha), and great-grandchildren, Katelyn Scott-Trayers (Aaron), Addison Scott and Aubriella Bennett and one great-great grandchild, Brooklyn Trayers along with many nieces and nephews. A retired bank teller, Dorothy's joys included sewing, shopping, and savoring life's simple pleasures, all while inspiring others with her unshakeable faith and hospitality. Dorothy was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1967 and that began her 57 year walk of faith with Jehovah God. Her strong faith in Matthew 6:33 was why she spent those years preaching and teaching bible truths. Her strength to endure the challenges and losses in her life came from Jehovah (Philippians 4:13). Her smile and hospitality was extended to a large christian family of friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial talk on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 at 2PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 1162 Harrison Road Ext SE Thomson, GA 30824
