Blythe, GA Dorothy Turner Moxley, age 87, of Blythe, GA., passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013, at her residence with her family surrounding her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry “Buck” and Annie Kent Turner; her husband, Charlie P. Moxley;2 sisters, Mary Johns and Jeanette Turner;a brother, Herbert Turner. She is survived by her children; Rebecca Thomas of Augusta, GA., Renee (Ashley) Moxley of Martinez, GA., Buddy (Barbara)Gates of Blythe, GA., Bobby Gates of Blythe, GA., Charles Moxley of Blythe, GA., Billy (Sophie) Moxley of Caswell, N. C., Johnny (Dancy) Moxley of Caryville, TN.;numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren;sisters, Marion Briggs of Thomson, GA., Jackie Hallman of Alabama, Cornelia Kitchens of Grovetown, GA.; brothers, Vernon Turner of Vance, SC, and Hilton Turner of Waynesboro, GA. Family will receive friends Tuesday (TODAY) from 6 pm to 8 pm at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., HWY 25, Augusta, GA., 30906, 706.798.8886.Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 10 am at the funeral home with Rev.
