Biography Mrs. Doris R. Swancy Homemaker Martinez, Ga. entered into rest Sunday August 26, 2012 at Doctors Hospital-Augusta. Mrs. Doris R. Swancy wife of the late Mr. John Henry Swancy, Jr. Doris a lifelong resident of Augusta was a member of First Baptist Church of Augusta. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca Williams, Martinez, Ga., four sisters, Ann Rice, Evans, Ga., Delores Daniel, Augusta, Ga., Mona McCoy, KY., Hilda Daniello, and Florida. Four Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
