Donald Keith Donner

MSGT Donald Keith Donner 95, beloved husband of the late Mardell B. Donner entered into rest on Wednesday may 9, 2018. He was a retired for the U.S. Army with 26 years of service.He was a member of the Greater Augusta Prisoner of War Chapter and the Disabled American Veterans of Augusta. A funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday May 14, 2018 at Poteet Funeral Home -Chapel, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta. Military Honors will be accorded by the Ceremonial Detachment of Fort Gordon. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Pamela (Timothy) Burden; grandsons Gunther H. Burden and Nathanael A. Burden; nine great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by two grandsons Matthew D. Burden and Jonathan D. Burden. The family will receive friends from 11 am until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
