Ms. Delphia “Faye” Cumbest Ms. Delphia “Faye” Cumbest, of Augusta, died on Thursday, February 24, 2011.She was 56 years old. The family will receive friends tomorrow, Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta.The graveside service will be conducted on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.Rev. Wade Palmer will officiate.Family and friends will meet at the gravesite on Monday. Faye is survived by her parents, Carbury “Buck” and Bonnie Cumbest, of Augusta; her brothers, Carl “Hoss” Cumbest, of Augusta, and Glenn “Bo” Cumbest and his wife, Lynn, of Somerdale, New Jersey; her nephew, Noah Garcia; her niece, Amber Cumbest; numerous aunts and uncles; her favorite cousin, Linda Brown.She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Joyce Cumbest-Garcia.
