Debra Brannen

Debra A. Brannen, 65, entered into rest April 13, 2020, Partner of Jeffrey Scudder. Debra lived most of her life in Augusta, Georgia, where she was a homemaker. Additional survivors include her sons, Wayne D. Brannen, II, Joshua Brannen; brothers, Ricardo Ruiz and Carlos Ruiz; sisters, Anna Turner, Cynthia Boyett; grandchildren, Tiana, Damine, Noah, Layla, Charlie, Karson and Shane. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Dolores Perez Ruiz, brother, Arthur Ruiz, Jr.
