Dearl Royce Newsome

Dearl Royce Newsome, I, 74, entered into rest December 14, 2019 at his residence, husband of Ella Jean Goodwin Newsome. Dearl was born March 1, 1945 in Glascock County, Georgia to the late Royce Clifford Newsome and Emma Kate Howell Chapman. He worked as Plumber for Richmond County Board of Education and was a Baptist. Additional survivors include his Son, Dearl Royce Newsome, II; daughters, Beula Dale Newsome; Mary Jean Maddux (Timothy); Crystal Gayle Mills (Earl); Della Kay Newsome; sister, Katherine Mullis and ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at McNeill Funeral Home at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 1:00 pm prior to services.
