David "Tommy" Thomas Blanken Sr.

David “Tommy” Thomas Blanken Sr. age 58 of Bath, SC has passed away from a 10-year battle of cancer on September 13, 2023. Proceeded in death by his parents, Hazel & Jasper James. Two sisters Judy Lynn Martin, and Robbie Ann Pond. He is survived by his brother Wayne Keith James. He is also survived by his son, David “Boogie” Thomas Blanken Jr. Three grandsons, Colby, Bryan, and Roman Blanken. Two nieces, Jessica Lynn Johnson and Laura Pina. Tommy spent his life as a professional automotive painter. He had a unique funny laugh. Tommy loved his chickens, fishing, Nascar races, and collectables. But, nothing compared to his love of his ’69 Nova. There will be a family and friends gathering to be announced at a later date.
