David William Maples

David William Maples, age 75, passed away on March 3rd,2022 after a short but intense bout with lung cancer. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jane Waldrop His brother, Larry Maples and family His 3 children and their families Jason Maples, wife Kathy, children Benjamin and Sydney Stephanie Worley, husband Jimmy, children Katherine and Kasey Bill Maples, wife Leslie, children Eileen and Finnegan David was admired for his leadership, intelligence, straight talk, quick wit, and compassion for others. During his life he enjoyed restoring and driving MGs, RVing, studying Mayan culture, crossword puzzles, bird watching, Alabama football and especially his grandkids He will be missed by all whose life he touched.
