David Cambern Fulmer, Sr.

David C. Fulmer, Sr., 66, entered into rest February 5, 2021 at his residence, husband of the late Patricia Ann Radford Fulmer. David was born in Aiken, SC on March 18, 1954 to the late Cambern and Frances Dwardy Fulmer, He worked for the City of North Augusta,Sanitation Department. Survivors include his sons, David C. Fulmer, Jr. (Candice); Daniel Fulmer (Elizabeth); daughter, Angel Fulmer; brothers, Tracy A. Fulmer; Thomas W. Fulmer; sister, Magdelene Shartzer (Gary); six grandchildren and sixgreat grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a son, Tommy Fulmer and step son,Shannon Stavley. A celebration on his life will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021at 1:00 pm, in the parking lot of McNeill Funeral Home.
