Danny Eugene Miller

Augusta, GA Danny E. Miller, Sr., age 61, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at University Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Judith Shearer Miller and one brother, Butch Miller. Danny worked for the Darco Co. as an electrician for over 25 years.He was a member of the Most Holy Trinity Church of Augusta. He is survived by his children; Karen (Charles) Corley of Appling and Danny E. Miller, Jr. of Augusta; his companion, Linda Utley Miller; his dear and best friend, Marty Pearson; 6 grandchildren, Justin, John, Jarad, Jacob, D. J. and Madison; 3 brothers, Bob Miller of Augusta, Carl Miller of Prescott, AZ., and Thomas Miller of Augusta. Family will receive friends Monday 6 pm to 7 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., HWY 25, 30906, 706.798.8886, with Memorial Services to follow at 7 pm with Mr. Tim Pendrey, Officiating. Memorials may be made in Danny’s honor to the St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
