Clarence Edward Calton

Mr. Clarence E. Calton of Augusta died on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Doctors Hospital. He was 77 years old. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 3, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road. The graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Pastor Herbie Newsome will officiate. Mr. Calton is survived by his wife Eva J. Calton of 22 years; daughters Neena Woods of Kingsport, TN., Shirley Boyd of Augusta, Diana Bryan of Hephzibah, Teresa Williams of Fitzgerald, GA.; son Bo Jackson of Augusta; 11 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
