Charles L. Greene

Charles L. Greene, age 87, of Martinez, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014. He was born May 30, 1927 in Augusta, GA., to the late Archie F. and Frances Marie Cave Greene. He served in the U. S. Marines and worked as a machinist for Lily Tulip Cup Corporation. He is survived by his children; Janice Greene Cosnahan, Linda Greene, Jerry Greene and Steve Greene; a brother-in-law, Harold Williams.Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Tuesday 10 am to 11 am at the Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., HWY 25, 30906, with a Memorial Service to follow at 11 am.
