Mr. Cecil Ray Smith Magazine Publisher Martinez, Ga. entered into rest July 25, 2011 at University Hospital, Mr. Cecil Ray Smith, 47, Son of Deborah W. McCullar and her husband Max, and the late Mr. Raymond H. Smith. Mr. Smith a native of Atlanta, Ga. was a Baptist and a resident of Martinez; he was a Magazine Publisher for Tennis Magazine New York. Additional survivors include a son, Jarrett A. Smith, two brothers, Richard H. Smith, Martinez, Ga. Joshua J. Shilling, Egypt. The family will have a memorial gathering at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00 until 2:00 pm In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to McNeill Funeral Home to help defray funeral cost.
