Catherine L. Kent

Catherine Lois Kent, 63, of Augusta entered into rest on Saturday August 4, 2018 at Doctors Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Stuart Waller officiating. A native of Augusta, she worked at Gracewood Hospital ant also at Augusta Regional Hospital for 28 years before retirement in 1999. She was loving, compassionate, and would help any stranger that crossed her path. After retirement, her greatest pleasures came from spending time with her children and her 5 grandchildren. She always had a smile when she got to see them. Catherine is survived by her children, Gary (Whitney) Kent and Renaie (Adam) Taylor; brother, William “Billy” Warlick; grandchildren, Andrew Kent, AJ Taylor, Katelynn Kent, Chloe Kent, Mary Catherine Taylor, and Trenton Kent.
