Miss Cassidy Lee Faulk , 16 daughter of Jonathan Lee Faulk and the late Cynthia "Bunny" Faulk Cassidy was born in Augusta and lived in Appling, Ga. She would have been a Junior at Harlem High School Harlem , Ga. She was a Baptist. Additional survivors include, brother, Timothy R. Jamison, Martinez, Ga. sister, Miranda Faulk, Appling, Ga. Maternal Grandmother, Birdie Peggy Dees (Bill) Martinez, Ga. Maternal Grandfather, Jimmy Ford (Debbie), Augusta, Ga. Paternal Grandfather, William Faulk, Augusta, Ga. A nephew Jayden Shipman. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday eveningat 6:00 pm at Vineyard of Augusta Pastor Reese LaRoy and PastorBob Rollins officiating.
