Carol Ann (Neal) Davidson, 63, of Augusta, GA, entered peacefully into rest at Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta, GA on Monday January 17, 2022 with her husband and friends by her side. Carol was born in Baltimore City, Maryland to the late Ann Marie and William James Neal.Carol grew up most of her life in Paterson, New Jersey. She was a happy homemaker and loved her new home and her furbabies-her cats. Carol loved spending time with her family and friends and especially to be on “Tybee Time” at Tybee Island Beach, Ga while on vacation with friends every year. She adored watching the dolphins and relaxing there. She was also a member of the Master’s City Riders Association of Augusta, GA motorcycle club since 2001, where she was Secretary of the club from 2006 to 2015. She enjoyed camping and riding the motorcycle with her bike group friends. Carol is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Terry Davidson; her son Christopher; step son Christopher Davidson (Miranda) and two grandchildren Hunter and Jessa of Aiken, SC; step daughter Carrie; two sisters, Barbara Kinney of New Jersey and Michelle Bingham (Scottie) of Virginia; Sisters-n-law Diane Weir and Denise Elsberry (Tom) both of Illinois and several nieces and nephews. Because of Carol’s love of all animals, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of any kind to be sent in Carol’s name to the CSRA Humane Society at their websitewww.csra-hs.comor call (706) 261-7387, or mail packages to 425 Wood Street, Augusta, GA 30904 (A list of needs are provided on the website) A small drop in Celebration of Life for Carol will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 7:00-9:00 pm. Due to the current national health concern, the family will be observing social distancing, and masks are requested and appreciated. The family would appreciate phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.
