Biography Mr. Billy Earl Stephens Ret. Carpenter Augusta, Ga. entered into rest August 22, 2012 at GHSU. Mr. Billy E. Stephens husband of Mrs. Patricia Ann Stephens. Mr. Stephens a native of Gibson, Ga. was a retired carpenter and a Baptist and the VFW. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday at 3:30 pm at McNeill Funeral Home Rev. Michael Davenport officiating. Additional survivors include, son, Michael Stephens, Augusta. One sister, Janice Moffitt.
