Billy Michael Mitchell

Billy Michael Mitchell, 78, entered into rest February 14, 2022, husband of Peggy Walden Mitchell. Mike was born February 23,1943 in Lafayette, Georgia to the late William and Essie Sprayberry Mitchell. Mike was retired social worker for Trinity Hospice, member of Martinez Baptist Church where he was a Deacon. Additional survivors include his sons, Colin, Shawn and Jonathan Mitchell; daughters, Pamela Bonds, Charity Scott; fifth teen grandchildren and other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Michele Wade and brother, Terry Mitchell. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Martinez Baptist Church with Reverend Phillip Winsett officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00-3:00 pm
