Biography Mr. Ben E. Ivey Contractor Augusta, Ga. entered into rest in Girard, Ga. January 13, 2012. Mr. Ben E. Ivey, 50. Husband of Mrs. Tammie W. Ivey. Mr. Ivey a native of Albany, Ga. lived most of his life in Augusta area. He was a general contractor. Member of First Assembly of God. Additional survivors include, two sons, Jacob and Justin Ivey, Augusta, Ga. his mother Dorothy Ivey Duncan, Girard, Ga. One brother, Greg Ivey, TN. Two sisters, Denean McDonald and Katrina Ivey, TN Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1:00 PM at First Assembly of God. Rev. Baxter Stanley officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be: Michael Berry, Jake Weathers, Jr, Billy Davis, Keith Remkus, Ricky Stewart and Raymond Emmons. The family will receive friends at the church Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM
