Biography Mr. Barry R. Barker Barker Home Improvements Augusta, Ga. entered into rest July 15, 2011 at Augusta Hills, Mr. Barry R. Barker, 59. Mr. Barker a native of Augusta and lived in Warner Robins & Milledgeville, Ga, owner of Barker Home Improvements.He was a Baptist. Survivors include his parents, Douglas B.and Frances Young Barker, Augusta, Ga. One daughter, Paigh Chastain (Pat), Warner Robins, Ga. A brother, Douglas B. Barker, Jr., Augusta, Ga. One sister, Sharon McCall, Augusta, Ga. and preceding him in death a sister Angela C. Barker Schwartz and three grandchildren. Private graveside services will be conducted at Westover Memorial Park. Barry was an outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, hunting & nature. He was a people person, and always helped others any way he could. He was a loving, caring and giving man; his memory forever will be treasured by his family and friends.
