Arlene B. Martz

Mrs. Arlene (Butler) Martz was welcomed into Heaven on Friday, July 22, 2016. She was born on October 19, 1929 in Mitchellville, MD and grew up in Washington, DC. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Mr. Rodney Martz. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Lauren Martz, of Salisbury, MD; her daughter and son-in-law Deborah and Robert Phillion, of Shelby Twp, MI; grandsons, Dustin Sullivan, Jeffrey Phillion, Dean Martz, and Michael Phillion; granddaughter, Anna Marie Martz; four sisters-in-law; and many nephews, nieces, neighbors and friends. A celebration of her long and happy life will be held at a later date. Her cremains will be scattered across a peaceful meadow of her choosing at the Cooper family home near Hancock MD.
