Anthony Scott Grinnell

Anthony Scott Grinnell, 49, of Evans, GA, peacefully passed away on May 14, 2024 from a five and a half year battle with adrenal cancer. Anthony is preceded in death by his father Albert Grinnell. He is survived by his mother Cleda Grinnell and brothers Michael & Albert Jr. ,Wife Lori Grinnell, son Kyle (Hope), daughter Madeline and the soon arrival of his first grandson, Judah. Anthony was born in Massillon OH. He was an avid baseball card collector. He held many athletic records for swimming and track at his high school. He joined the Navy in 1993, meet his wife Lori. They put down roots in Augusta where Anthony was the cofounder and operator of his family owned business Turf Masters of Augusta. He was a triathlete, fisherman, golfer and loved his Cleveland Browns. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Service will be held on Wednesday, May 22,2024 at 1:00pm. Warren Baptist Church 3203 Washington Road Augusta GA 30907 A celebration of his life will be held immediately after at the Barn at Champions Retreat.
