Alice L. Stitt

Alice L. Stitt 86, beloved wife of the late Jimmy Stitt, departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior. Funeral services will be held 1PM Monday July 30, 2018 at Lumpkin Road Baptist Church, 2540 Lumpkin Road, Augusta with Pastor Don Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law James (Alesia) Stitt, Jesse (Cheryl) Stitt, Jerome (Diana) Stitt and Justin Stitt; sister Raylene Ober; grandchildren Corey Longley, Jennifer Wilkes, Nicholas, Jacob, Kayleigh, Tiffany, Jedidiah, Lily, Patience Stitt and Raylene Pruitt; six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Sunday July 29, 2018 at Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA.
